Vintage 2017
 The Vendange Extrême comes from grapes harvested late (1 month later than the dry Picpoul).
 This very original and rare wine is dominated by aromas of honey, beeswax, prunes, dried apricot, liquorice, and cut hay at the end of the glass.
 You can enjoy it as an aperitif, with foie gras and Roquefort.
 Ideal temperature: 8 to 10°
